Fixed tooltips in web build

Quick update - the issue with tooltips clipping behind screen boundaries in web build has been fixed.

Real annoying, as I couldn't find any issue in my own code / node setup, and have to write it off as a Godot bug.

New tooltips are more crisp and better positioned anyway, so it's an overall win-win for native builds too.
